This episode of Nike’s “Behind the Design” miniseries was special. The shoe design icons Tinker and Tobie Hatfield were making their series debut, breaking down the Air Max 90 FlyEase.
My role as AD and Designer was to integrate the preexisting VC for Nike’s "Air Shop” into a format that would work for IGTV and Youtube. Also, I had limited 3D and graphic assets, so I had to come up with creative solves to make them stretch throughout the piece. The goal was that the interview footage would be at the forefront, highlighting the Hatfield bros, and that the stills and graphics would be a subtle accent.
